General
We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies. Recommendations for usage of product explicit or implied specifically excludes claims to treat cure or alleviate medical conditions for equines or any other species for which veterinary advice would ordinarily be sought. In such situations you are advised to contact a suitably qualified veterinary practitioner and seek advice on treatment.
These terms & conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details. They cannot be varied except where in writing and signed by a Director of Feedmark Limited.
Delivery
All orders placed online or by telephone, mail or fax are dispatched on the same or next working day (Monday through Friday) with delivery expedited by Parcelforce, Royal Mail or any other carrier appointed by the company. Order tracking on Parcelforce deliveries can be undertaken using the carrier’s ship identity. This can be obtained by calling Feedmark Ltd on 0800 585525 during office hours. These are Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 6pm, Weekends 9am to 4pm; (we are closed for business on four days annually: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday). At all other times Feedmark Customer Services Team will always be pleased to assist.
Credit card safety
Feedmark.com and our secure payment service providers, use the latest technology to protect your credit card and personal information. Neither party releases information to any outside organization, other than in the verification of payment details with banking organisations. You can place your orders using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions). Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.

Feedmark.com intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By becoming a member of Feedmark.com and providing Feedmark.com with your email, postal address, telephone number you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers which we think may be of interest to you. Feedmark.com Privacy Guarantee
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, or personal information to any third party. If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters or entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address postal address and telephone number we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via one or more of these media.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order by informing us of your intention in writing any time up to seven days from the day after the day of delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the address below. If you do not pay for the goods to be returned to us, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover our costs for collecting the goods.
Returns Policy
Feedmark.com wants you to be happy every time you shop with us. So, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have a "total satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have the option of returning it to us in good condition within 30 days. We will also be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return results either from an error made by us or from a defective item. Damaged or Defective Items
Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will offer you a choice of:
a prompt replacement; a full refund; an alternative item of the same value. However, you must return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by us within 30 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. In order to return the product, please refer to the "Contact us" section and fill in the necessary details.
General
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees or our agents in circumstances where:
(a)there is no breach of duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents;
(b)such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
(c) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these terms and conditions; or
(d) such loss or damage relates to any business or non-consumer loss or damage including, without limitation lost data, lost profits and business interruptions.
