I routinely feed garlic to my horses, and increase it in the summer months to keep flies at bay.  This is taken without hesitation in my horses feed each day.

My horse enjoyed his garlic right from day 1.  I am hoping that it will help him to be less bothered by flies this summer.  It also helps to keep his airway clear and is good for his immune system.

I used this last summer to guard against fly bites and it seemed to work as I definitely used less sprays once he was having it.
