Reseller Terms & Conditions

1. Reseller Accounts

Reseller accounts are available to approved businesses and professional customers only.

• All reseller accounts are subject to approval at our discretion
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw a reseller account at any time
• Reseller pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties

Reseller pricing is only available when logged into an approved reseller account on Feedmark’s website.

2. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for all reseller orders is £500 (ex VAT). Orders below this threshold do not qualify for reseller pricing.

3. Reseller Pricing

Reseller discounts are applied automatically based on the total order value (ex VAT):

• £500–£999 → 25% discount
• £1000–£1499 → 33% discount
• £1500–£2999 → 38% discount
• £3000+ → 40% discount

Discounts apply to the total basket value and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discount codes.

We reserve the right to amend reseller pricing and discount structures with reasonable notice.

4. Ordering & Payment

All reseller orders must be placed directly via our website.

• Payment is required in full at the time of order
• We do not offer credit terms
• Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

5. Delivery

• Shipping costs are included in reseller pricing
• Orders will be dispatched using our standard delivery service
• Estimated lead times are provided at the point of order

While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Faults & Damaged Goods

• Any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Where an issue is confirmed, we will provide either a replacement item or a credit, at our discretion

7. Pricing Integrity & Resale

We will provide a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) list to resellers for guidance.

• Resellers are responsible for setting their own resale prices
• Products must not be misrepresented, rebranded, or sold in a way that damages the Feedmark brand
• Products must not be sold via third-party online marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, or similar) without prior written consent
• Dropshipping is not permitted

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in termination of the reseller account.

8. Loyalty Schemes & Discounts

Reseller accounts are not eligible to earn or redeem Reward Points, loyalty benefits, or consumer promotions.

Reseller pricing may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or incentive schemes.

9. Marketing & Brand Assets

Resellers may use approved Feedmark product images and brand assets for marketing purposes only.

• Brand assets must not be altered without permission
• Assets may not be shared with third parties

Approved materials are available on request.

10. Account Review & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Review reseller accounts periodically
• Amend these terms with reasonable notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms

11. General

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
• By placing a trade order, you agree to these terms in full
