How Ordering Works

Once approved:

• You'll receive confirmation and access to reseller pricing
• Reseller pricing will appear when logged into your account
• Discounts are applied automatically based on basket value
• Orders are placed and paid for online, just like a standard checkout

This allows us to offer competitive pricing while keeping the process efficient for both parties.

Applying for a Reseller Account

To apply, please complete the form through the link below. We aim to review all applications within 3–5 working days.

Required information includes:

• Business name and trading address
• Contact name and email address
• Website and/or social media links
• Nature of your business (retailer, veterinary clinic, etc.)
• Intended sales channel(s)
• VAT number (if applicable)

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

After You Apply

If your application is approved:

• You'll receive a confirmation email
• Reseller pricing will be activated on your account
• You'll receive our Reseller Terms & RRP guidance

Reseller FAQs

Who can apply for a reseller account?

• Reseller accounts are available to approved businesses and professional customers only. We do not offer reseller pricing for personal or consumer use.

Is there a minimum order value?

• Yes. All reseller orders have a minimum order value of €1500 (ex VAT).

Do you offer credit terms?

• No. All reseller orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering via our website.

Is shipping included?

• No, shipping is not included in European reseller pricing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Can I earn or use Reward Points on reseller orders?

• No. Reseller accounts are not eligible to earn or redeem Reward Points or participate in consumer promotions

Can I sell Feedmark products online?

• Yes, provided products are sold in a way that aligns with the Feedmark brand and pricing guidance. Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, or similar) without prior written approval.

Can I return unsold stock?

• Resellers in Europe cannot return stock, however, if you have short dated or unsold product please get in touch. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

How long does approval take?

• We aim to review all reseller applications within 3–5 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• All our products are manufactured to order to ensure maximum freshness and shelf life. For European orders, delivery typically takes up to 14 working days from the date your order is shipped.

Can products/variants be mixed in one order?

• Yes, you can purchase any combination of products and sizes.
