Who can apply for a reseller account?

• Reseller accounts are available to approved businesses and professional customers only. We do not offer reseller pricing for personal or consumer use.

Is there a minimum order value?

• Yes. All reseller orders have a minimum order value of £500 (ex VAT).

Do you offer credit terms?

• No. All reseller orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering via our website.

Is shipping included?

• Yes. Shipping is included in reseller pricing.

Can I earn or use Reward Points on reseller orders?

• No. Reseller accounts are not eligible to earn or redeem Reward Points or participate in consumer promotions

Can I sell Feedmark products online?

• Yes, provided products are sold in a way that aligns with the Feedmark brand and pricing guidance. Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, or similar) without prior written approval.

Can I return unsold stock?

• We offer a sale or return policy if products cannot be sold within a reasonable amount of time to preserve best before dates. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

How long does approval take?
