Since being on Hormonease my once stroppy mare has calmed down she now tolerates other horses when prior to taking this supplement she was unmanageable.
I would highly recommend Hormonease.

Excellent service from feedmark, hormonease definitely works for my mare. She is less sensitive and not as grumpy. It doesn’t take away the mareish behaviour but it definitely helps lessen it, she is happier in herself and less anxious.

Feedmark are always prompt and reliable with their products delivery and service. My pony has only been on hormonease for a couple of weeks so I haven’t noticed any difference yet but I will persevere and see if it works. As with all feedmark products it very good quality.

My young hormonal mare started off turning her nose up at the feed with it in but with the help of one of Feedmark’s nutritionists Steph who sent out some fussy feeder supplement to mix with it and get her started , I am happy to say she’s now eating her food completely 😃. Have got another week or so before I see it take full effect but I’m confident that this will settle her especially after all the good reviews I read prior to investing in it . Feedmark really are the best when it comes to customer service after care too 👏 . Thank you 🙏

Nutrition Information

Hormonease™ is a natural supplement providing herbs to help support normal hormone balance. These herbs including Chastetree berries, Red clover and Black cohosh, which are renowned for their positive effects on the pituitary gland to help stabilise and manage oestrogen production.

Phytoestrogens are naturally occurring compounds within the ingredients. These work effectively to trick the body into thinking it has produced more of certain hormones than it actually has, therefore reducing the production of hormones, resulting in fewer behavioural changes. This occurs when the phytoestrogens bind to oestrogen receptors within the horse’s body, taking the place of oestrogen and causing a milder effect on the body than the oestrogen would cause.

Similarly, Black cohosh has antiestrogenic properties which reduces levels of the luteinizing hormone responsible for inducing ovulation and has been traditionally used to ease symptoms of menstruation. Red clover flowers have also been shown to help with maintaining a hormone balance by preventing hormone spikes.

Feed supplements should be fed according to body weight. Introduce to the horse's diet gradually, splitting between feeds (when applicable).
