1. Our lawful basis for processing data about you 

It is extremely important to Feedmark that we provide a service that meets the expectations of our customers. We will process your data to keep you informed about your order or subscription (if buying Bespoke All-In-One!) plus to let you know about our fantastic offers and the latest nutritional advice.

To comply with GDPR, Feedmark need a "lawful basis" for collecting and using your information, the variety of lawful bases which Feedmark rely on are set out in this statement:

- Consent:  you give us your consent to use your information for a particular purpose.

- Legitimate interest: Using your information will be necessary for our legitimate commercial interest and our interest is not outweighed by the potential impact on your privacy. For example, we may rely on legitimate interest as our lawful basis to send you marketing information by email or by post if you have placed an order with us and you have not objected or opted-out to receiving marketing information. If you would prefer not to receive marketing information from us, you can opt-out at any time, please see section 3.

- Contract: Using your information will be necessary for us to either perform the contract between us or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into the contract

- Legal compliance: Using your information will be necessary for Feedmark to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation


2. Communicating with you

Feedmark operates an "opt in" consent system for marketing information. This provides you with the choice of whether or not you wish to receive marketing information, including notification of special offers.

If you are a customer who has previously purchased a product (or have shown an interest in buying a product by giving us your personal details), prior to 25th May 2018, Feedmark will have provided you with the option to opt-out in our communications with you. If you have not opted-out, Feedmark will consider that you consent to receive marketing information from us through ‘soft opt-in’, as per regulation 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679).

You can "opt in" or “opt out” of receiving marketing information at any time at under the ‘Customer Info’ in ‘My account’ calling 0800 585 525 or emailing [email protected]

You can also unsubscribe from emails via the "unsubscribe" link contained in the email, this will ensure that your name will be removed from the mailing list permanently. 

You can view your information in ‘Your account’ section at and you are entitled to ask us to; amend, delete or request a copy of the information we hold about you, by calling 0800 585 525 or email [email protected] You will be required to supply appropriate evidence of your identity (usually a photocopy of your passport or driving licence plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address).

Marketing communications

Depending on the communication preferences you select in ‘My Account’ or when you place your order over the phone, we may send you marketing communications from Feedmark which may include the following:-

- Email - we will keep you up to date on our fantastic offers, products and nutritional advice. By consenting to email you also agree for us to provide customised advertising which are relevant to you via social and digital advertising

3. The information we collect about you

When you place your order we will ask for; First name, surname, invoice address, delivery address, email, telephone number, details about your horse (depending on the product you buy) payment (which we do not store) and delivery details, to help us process and deliver your order.

We collect information about our customers via; the website, sign-up forms, over the telephone, server logs, cookies, order forms, and contests or competitions. Your personal information will not be sold or rented to any third party. 

We may collect your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use. The data will be anonymous and stored securely within Google’s Analytics web service.

We may also use your data to allow us to show you adverts while you are online that are relevant to you. Sometimes, we will use cookies to do this and you can find out more about this and how to turn off cookies by reading the cookie section in point three of this policy.

Any information collected is kept secure and only used for the purposes set out in this Privacy and Cookie Policy.


Session recording

Our website may also use a website recording service which may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling and any text keyed into website forms.

Data collected by this service is used to improve our website usability. The information collected is stored and is used for aggregated and statistical reporting, and is not shared with anyone else.

This website uses retargeting services from the social network Facebook. Facebook collects certain information via cookies to determine which web pages are visited. Please note that any information collected by Facebook via cookies is not linked to any customer's personal information collected by us.


Processing this data

Feedmark does not sell or rent any of its customer’s data to any third parties. We may securely disclose your name and email address to our suppliers insofar as reasonably necessary for Feedmark to carry out marketing activity, such as using the software supplier Mailchimp to send out our emails or using the online platform Feefo to collect independent customer reviews from you.

Our suppliers adhere to GDPR requirements, they will act as the Data Processor and do not sell your data on. These companies include: (an online customer reviews collection platform), (email marketing automation platform), Survey Monkey (an online survey Clark St James (A marketing agency), Facebook who encrypt your data, Google Analytics who use anonymous data, a mailing house for direct mail (printed materials).
