Only started using fly formula recently, so haven’t seen the full benefit of it yet. But my horse eats it without fuss, so seems quite palatable.

My horse is the fussiest horse when it comes to supplements in his feed but he loves the smell and taste of fly formula, he is very sensitive to flies and I have definitely seen a lot less flies around him and no bites at all , he is happy to stay out now during the day when this was not possible before , I would recommend this product to all that needs this support for their horse.

We now start using it in early march, it really helps my older welsh sec D cope with bite prevention, and how she reacts to the bites, our coloured horse also benefits as well.
They like the taste, so it’s no problem to add it into their feed.

I have a mare who is allergic to all fly repellants. Feedmark Fly Formula keeps nearly all the biting flies away and without it she would be in distress.

Fly Formula seemed to work well last year, but I remained sceptical. Well, the answer seems to be YES, it's working! After many years of coping with four itchy Shetlands, they are again looking good, so it must me the Fly Formula magic!

Been using fly formula for several years and my horses have far fewer flies around them than other horses on the yard. Excellent for hacking too.

Nutrition Information

Fly Formula™ is an oral fly deterring supplement, designed to reduce irritation from flies. When ingested on a daily basis, the pungent aroma of the ingredients passes through the skin to discourage flies.

Garlic granules contain a Sulphur compound, which is secreted through the skin. Insects taste via their feet, and those landing on the horse dislike this Sulphur, and so are less likely to bite the horse. The added Fenugreek seeds potentiate this effect, and along with other aromatic herbs known to be disliked by insects, such as Lemon peel, Peppermint and Rosemary, help to repel unwanted attention. In addition to this, ingredients that optimise skin health, such as Chamomile, Nettle, and Linseed help to soothe any areas affected by pesky flies.

1 level (50ml) scoop of Fly Formula™weighs approximately 23.5g

Feed supplements should be fed according to body weight. Introduce to the horse's diet gradually, splitting between feeds (when applicable).

Fly Formula™is a complementary feeding stuff for equine animals. Feedmark uses nothing in the formulation of this product that contravenes competition rules.
