Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and rectify it for you.
If we require you to return your item, we will explain the process for you. We cannot accept returns of items if they have been opened or used, or if the product is in a refill bag. In this case, please see if a friend or fellow equestrian has a use for the product. If not, please dispose of the item responsibly.
