First started my now 27 year old mare with cushings on C Plus winter of 2025, at the time she had lost condition, had bald patches all over and was generally not herself. Within 2 weeks of being on the supplement there was a noticeable change in her weight and overall appearance and she was also happier in herself. She is now looking and feeling fantastic and she will be on C Plus for the rest of her days.

My vet suggested  trying C-Plus as they had seen good responses to other ponies that were unable to take drugs for cushings/ems.
Its too early for me to say whether its helping as we will be retesting blood levels in 3 months however it is very palatable as my usually fussy old pony is happily eating it in her feed :)

I have been feeding this for 3 months now and have recently had my old horse (26) retested for Cushing. He no longer needs Prascend. I can’t claim this is all down to CPlus but it must have been contributory. Also a plus side is it’s pleasant smell and palatibility conceals the taste of his daily Bute

Nutrition Information

C-Plus™ is a blend of natural ingredients that not only support the pituitary gland, but benefit the all-round health and wellbeing of older horses and ponies.

The key ingredient is Chastetree Berry (Agnus-castus), commonly used to offer support to the pituitary gland, helping to maintain a normal and balanced endocrine system and metabolic function. This helps to keep hormones at correct levels to ensure normal immune status, coat shedding, and fat storage. In addition to this, Magnesium and Cinnamon support normal blood sugar levels, and antioxidants Vitamin E and Selenium combine with the natural health supportive effects of Rosehips which, along with immune-supportive Astragalus, optimise the health status of the horse. Further ingredients add extra support for older horses: Seaweed helps to encourage normal fat distribution, and prebiotic Brewer’s Yeast and soothing Mint ease the gastrointestinal system and support efficient digestion.
