At my Arab geldings annual 'flu/tet and check up about 3 years ago, he was found to have a heart murmur (he was 22 years old then).  Last check up we had a different vet who did not mention the condition, and when I enquired, he said Verve had a very low grade condition.

Only just started this supplement as my pony has had a poorly heart, so thought this may help him as he's now recovering well . . He likes it and eats it well.
