Nutrition Information

There are many varieties of mint that share the same active properties.  The leaves of this culinary herb are gently dried and rubbed helping to release its characteristic aroma.  Mint has traditionally been used to help aid digestion and soothe the digestive tract, many people drink mint teas for this reason! Mint can also be helpful for horses with a poor appetite, and for those who have excessive flatulence.
